I'm Ben Gosz, a Senior Vice President and Sales Executive with Chicago Title of Colorado, based in Colorado Springs. I've worked in the title insurance industry since 2013, and I'm a proud Colorado State University graduate. I spend my days working alongside real estate agents, buyers, and sellers throughout El Paso County and the greater Pikes Peak region, helping them navigate the title and closing side of a real estate transaction with less friction and more confidence.
What I do
My focus is on making the title process clear and predictable. That includes helping agents understand things that genuinely save their clients money — like reissue rates on title insurance — and making sure buyers and sellers know what to expect at closing. I also spend a lot of time on local market intelligence: tracking what's actually happening with prices, days on market, seller concessions, and foreclosure activity across Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities, and turning that into information agents can use.
Who I work with
Most of my work is with real estate professionals across El Paso County — from newer agents building their business to established Peak Producers. I help them with market data, marketing support, and the kind of behind-the-scenes title expertise that makes their transactions run smoothly. Why title matters
Title insurance is one of those things people don't think about until there's a problem — and by then it's usually a big one. A clean closing depends on catching issues in a property's ownership history before they become the new owner's headache. My job is to make sure that protection is in place and that everyone at the table understands what's happening and why. I believe good information, delivered plainly, is what builds trust — which is why I put so much of it out here on this site.
